For transporters and disposal facilities

Hazardous waste leads that fit your permits.

MyWasteBid is a free, private bidding marketplace where businesses that generate hazardous, medical, universal, and special waste get competing bids from verified local and regional disposal vendors. For vendors, that means hazardous waste leads matched to your service area and permits, bid from your own rate card, free during the beta.

Compete on the work, not the sales budget.

Independent vendors often have the better rate and the better service, and still lose because the generator never called them. MyWasteBid puts you in front of businesses that are actively asking for bids.

Leads that fit

Matched on your service area, your permits, and the waste and containers you accept. If you cannot handle it, you do not see it.

Private from other vendors

Other vendors never see your name, your line prices, or your notes. You can revise your bid until bidding closes.

Your rate card

Each bid starts as a draft priced from your own rates. Fill the gaps and adjust anything before it goes.

Paid as quoted

Every closed job records whether the invoice matched the bid. An honest quote becomes a visible advantage.

Verification

How are vendors verified?

A person on our team reviews every vendor’s credentials before it can bid, and a vendor cannot bid while a required credential has lapsed. We track expiration dates and warn you 60, 30, and 7 days ahead.

Special waste takes the matching credential before you are matched to it: medical waste, DEA registration for controlled substances, asbestos, and radioactive materials.

  • EPA ID number
With the notification or acknowledgment letter.
  • USDOT number and PHMSA hazmat registration
    For transporters.
  • Certificates of insurance
    Auto, general, and pollution liability.
  • RCRA permit
For treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.
  • State permits
For the states and waste types you serve, including state medical waste transporter permits for medical waste.
  • The disposal facilities you use
Listed by name and EPA ID, so generators can see where their waste goes.

  1. STEP 1

    Apply

What does it cost vendors?

Free during the beta

Nothing during the beta. You receive leads and bid at no charge. Paid vendor plans may come later. If they do, you will get plenty of notice, and no one is ever charged without agreeing first.

Generators use MyWasteBid free, always.

Questions vendors ask

How do I get more hazardous waste customers?
Get in front of businesses that are already asking for bids. On MyWasteBid, generators post real pickup requests and every matched vendor gets a fair shot, so you compete on price, capability, and service instead of on who called first.
Is MyWasteBid free for vendors?
Yes, during the beta. Paid vendor plans may come later, with plenty of notice, and no one is charged without agreeing first.
What kinds of companies can join the provider network?
Hazardous and non-hazardous waste transporters, treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, and companies that do both. Medical, pharmaceutical, asbestos, radioactive, and other special wastes require the matching permits.
What do I need to get verified?
Your EPA ID number, USDOT number and PHMSA hazmat registration if you transport, certificates of insurance including pollution liability, a RCRA permit if you run a facility, and the state permits for the waste you handle. A person on our team reviews each one before you can bid.
Do generators see who I am before they award?
Yes. When they compare bids, generators see your company name, ratings, and paid-as-quoted record. You see the generator's industry, general location, and waste details, and its name and address once you win.
Who do I contract with and get paid by?
The generator. You do the work under your own permits and your agreement with the generator, and the generator pays you directly. MyWasteBid is not a party to that agreement.
